Hi, I’m Victoria, a NASM-certified personal trainer who’s been helping people get stronger, feel better, and build confidence since 2017!
I specialize in strength training, functional movement, and high-energy group fitness. I love working with all experience levels- whether you’re just starting out or looking to push past a plateau. My goal is to challenge you while building habits that actually last.
You can also find me coaching group classes, including my Butts & Guts and Power Push sessions every Tuesday at 5:15pm—these are some of my favorite ways to bring energy, community, and a little extra fire to your week.
My coaching style is supportive but direct—I’ll push you to work hard, stay consistent, and believe in what you’re capable of. I truly believe that when you train with intention, the results go far beyond physical changes.
